When you submit our "Find My Deal" quote form, we collect: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), the vehicle brand and model you're interested in, your purchase timeframe, whether you have a trade-in, whether you need finance, your budget (optional) and any notes you provide. When you download our free Buyer's Guide, we collect your name, email address and mobile number. We also automatically collect standard technical data (such as pages visited and general location/device information) via analytics and advertising tools described below.
We use the information you provide to contact you about your quote request or Buyer's Guide download, source vehicle pricing across our dealer network, arrange finance where requested, and otherwise deliver the service you've asked for. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your quote request or Buyer's Guide download details are sent to our team (david@deal2drive.com.au and sean@deal2drive.com.au) via our form-processing provider, FormSubmit.co, solely to deliver your enquiry to us. Depending on your request, we may share relevant details with dealer or finance partners to obtain pricing on your behalf. We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand site traffic and measure whether our advertising is working, and Elfsight to display our Google reviews. These providers may process data on servers outside Australia, consistent with their own privacy policies.
This site uses cookies and similar technologies (via Google Analytics and Google Ads) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some site features may not work as intended.
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We retain quote request details for as long as needed to provide our service and meet our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
